... ist ein modernes und geräumiges 42 m2 großes Apartment auf zwei Ebenen, das sich im Untergeschoss befindet und verschiedene Optionen für den Aufenthalt bietet (zwei Einzelbetten oder ein Doppelbett). Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die Couch als zusätzliches Bett für ein Kind (<12 Jahre) zu nutzen. Auf der ersten Ebene befindet sich der Wohnbereich, das Bett und das Bad, die auf den Ebenen leicht von einander getrennt sind, um ihre Verwendungszwecke zu betonen. Über eine Wendeltreppe gelangt man auf die zweite Ebene, wo sich die Küche und der Essbereich befinden und man den Raum in doppelter Höhe genießen kann.
The Loft Apartments is located in the historic and commercial center of Las Palmas. Also It is well connected with the rest of the island and it offer to you a great cultural and gastronomic offer in it is surroundings.
Torres St. is quiet and usually there is no more noise than at the entrance (7.30 am) and departure of a nearby school. This could be noisy. Specially for the loft split level which is on the ground floor.
Some days a year fun and fantastic holidays take place where it is better to join them because they could be corwded: 31th December, 5th January at night or during the Carnival time the celebretion called "Los Indianos".
